Post Placement – Client & Candidate Care
After a placement has been made with a client, we propose to do the following:
- Regularly liaising with candidates and a client throughout a probationary period. We traditionally do this after the first week, after the first month, after the first three months then continue to liaise once every three months after that.
- Service Level Agreement/Preferred Supplier Agreement Feedback – traditionally Radley conducts this review once every three months in order to gather information about what we are doing right, where we can improve and to discuss new ideas and new strategies. This is at a client’s discretion; we can make it more regular initially depending on what is required. This is aligned with Radley Group’s philosophy of continuous improvement.
- Radley Group will use its best endeavours to replace at no further cost to a client, a candidate who leaves the client within three months of commencing permanent employment
